Job summary

Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for our Hardee’s location. Train for the shift leadership position to run the restaurant in absence of the Senior/General Manager, while maintaining top quality, service and cleanliness to drive profitability.

You will supervise shifts, develop crew, and ensure adherence to policies. This role offers paid training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of management.
• Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and crew.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shift to discuss operations and safety.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
