Boddie-Noell Enterprises, Inc. is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader for the Hardee’s brand. You will operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager, supervise shifts, and drive service, quality and cleanliness to maximize profitability.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet Physical demands required of the role.
• Must be able to lead, recognize, and train successful talent.
• 1 year of shift management experience; ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Preferably valid Driver’s License.
• Love working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts and maintain company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.
• Train and develop crew under management direction.
• Maintain cooperative relations with management and crew; assist with crew duties as needed.
• Conduct crew meetings prior to shifts to discuss procedures, promotions, safety, and training.
• Manage labor cost to meet company standard.
• Control inventory to meet company GAP standard.
• Maintain reports and records per company standards and compliance.
• Maintain building and equipment with proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance.
• Responsible for cash handling during shifts including deposits; ensure cash procedures are followed.
• Ensure appearance meets standards and professionalism is maintained.
• Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to provide a safe environment.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
