Qualifications

• Approximately 2–3 years of experience demonstrating knowledge of restaurant management.

Responsibilities

• Assist with management activities and duties as on duty supervisor.
• Support the management team to ensure adherence to the business plan.
• Ensure crew and team leaders perform responsibilities and meet expectations.
• Deliver quality product and customer service for full customer satisfaction.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and control costs.
• Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Demonstrate strong communication and participate in meetings and trainings.
• Perform other duties or special projects as required.
