Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leaders in driving store performance. You will oversee shift operations, coach crew, and ensure adherence to the restaurant’s business plan and policies.

Strong emphasis on customer service, efficiency, and teamwork across the management team. The role requires 2–3 years in restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, and reliable transportation.

Qualifications

• Requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or equivalent education.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to plan, schedule, and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with management activities and duties.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and profits while controlling costs.
• Ensure crew and team leaders meet job expectations.
• Comply with company policies and procedures.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Attend trainings and participate in meetings/webinars as needed.
