Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leader in managing daily restaurant operations. You will work with the management team to ensure adherence to the business plan and that Crew Members and Team Leaders perform their duties effectively.

This role requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, a high school diploma or GED, strong planning skills, and the ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of experience/education in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills required.
• Team-building skills required.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills required.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling problems.
• Must have reliable transportation, a valid driver’s license, and insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager or on-duty PIC with management activities.
• Lead shift activities to maximize sales and control costs.
• Ensure crew and team leaders meet job expectations and duties.
• Support adherence to company policies and training.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external contacts.
• Participate in meetings and trainings as required.
• Perform other duties as assigned to respond to business needs.
