Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations. The role emphasizes strong customer service, team coordination, and adherence to PFJ quality standards. You will support managers and help keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.

Starting pay ranges from $14.20 to $21.10 per hour, with opportunities for weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package. This on-site role requires flexibility across nights, days, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
