Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking Shift Leaders to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily functions. You will assist managers and uphold PFJ's quality standards while maintaining knowledge of store operations.

Ideal candidates have experience in restaurant operations, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts between $13.44 and $19.49 per hour.

Qualifications

• Experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and a customer-focused mindset.
• Proficient with calculator, computer, and related equipment.
• Able to work with a team and interact with different roles.
• Willing to work flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
