Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and team members. The ideal candidate will deliver excellent customer service, assist managers, and ensure the facilities run smoothly.

Starting pay ranges from $21.41 to $31.40 per hour, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and weekly pay. This on-site role supports PFJ brands across locations and requires flexibility in scheduling.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and ability to maintain a customer-focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team with varied levels of staff and stakeholders.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule including nights, days, weekends and holidays.
• Background check is required.
