Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant operations and support the management team. You will deliver strong customer service, help maintain clean, efficient facilities, and train team members to uphold PFJ's standards.

Starting pay ranges from $14.95 to $22.22 per hour, with weekly pay and a broad benefits package including a nationwide medical plan, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and more. The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Excellent customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.
