Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and oversee daily operations. The ideal candidate will deliver strong customer service and ensure facilities run smoothly, aligned with PFJ's standards.

The role requires self-motivation, team collaboration, and the ability to work nights, days, weekends and holidays. Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $24.87 per hour, with potential for growth based on performance.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer needs.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
