Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations. The successful candidate will deliver excellent customer service, support managers, and ensure our facilities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

Pay starts between $14.95 and $22.22 per hour, with a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays. Benefits include fuel discounts, nationwide medical plan, dental, vision, 401(k), FSA, tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations.
• Incredible customer service skills and the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture.
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment.
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives.
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays.
• Background check is required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise employees and general operations of the restaurant.
• Respond to the needs of customers with excellent service.
• Assist managers with tasks to keep facilities well-maintained and running smoothly.
• Be knowledgeable of store operations and PFJ's commitment to quality and customer service.
