Job summary

Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant staff and daily operations, ensuring top-tier customer service and smooth execution of shifts. The successful candidate will be customer-focused, proactive, and able to support managers with daily tasks to maintain clean, well-maintained facilities.

The pay range starts at $14.20 per hour and can go up to $21.10 per hour, with opportunities for growth and a focus on quality service across the location.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required
