Pilot Company is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant employees and oversee daily operations with a focus on service quality. The ideal candidate will deliver exceptional customer service, assist management, and ensure facilities run smoothly and maintain PFJ's standards.

The role requires flexibility to work nights, days, weekends, and holidays. Pay starts at $14.95–$22.22 per hour, with benefits including Medical/Dental/Vision, 401(k), tuition reimbursement, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Previous experience or working knowledge of restaurant operations
• Incredible customer service skills & the ability to help maintain a customer focused culture
• Must be proficient with a calculator, computer, and other equipment
• Ability to work as part of a team and interact with different levels from hourly team members, customers, vendors, and corporate representatives
• Must be able to work a flexible schedule of nights, days, weekends, and holidays
• Background check is required

Responsibilities
