Job summary

Hardee's Shift Leader (Now Corporate Owned) in Missouri is a part-time, on-site role that supports the General Manager and on-duty leadership to ensure restaurant operations align with the business plan and staff perform to expectations.

The position requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience, a High School Diploma or GED, and strong planning, teamwork and problem-solving abilities. You will help drive sales and customer service while adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of any combination of experience and/or education demonstrating restaurant management knowledge.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
