Job summary

Hardee's is seeking a Shift Leader (Now Corporate Owned) in Saint Peters, MO. You will assist the General Manager or the on-duty Person In Charge with management duties and coordinate with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure every shift aligns with the restaurant’s business plan and standards.

This role guides Crew and Team Leaders, aims to deliver quality food and service, helps maximize sales, and ensures adherence to company policies while modeling the brand’s values and communicating

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of restaurant management experience or education.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building skills.
• Investigative and problem-solving abilities.
• Cash handling troubleshooting ability.
• Reliable personal transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Phone access to meet restaurant needs and maintain open communication.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills for process improvement.
