Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint East Petersburg is seeking a Shift Leader to drive profitability and guest satisfaction on the floor, supporting the RGM and AM during shifts.

You will coach Team Members, oversee cash control and inventory, and ensure fast, accurate service while upholding brand standards. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability is required.

This role requires leading by example, coordinating shift plans, and addressing performance issues to improve restaurant results.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One to two years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Directs shift operations to drive profitability and guest experience.
• Motivates and directs Team Members to deliver fast, friendly service.
• Coaches Team Members to improve restaurant performance.
• Sets shift plans and ensures timely, accurate product preparation.
• Reviews restaurant results and upholds brand standards.
