Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.

• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to achieve sales and profitability goals.
• Motivate and direct Team Members to meet guest expectations.
• Manage inventory via daily and weekly counts; receive truck orders.
• Ensure operations align with brand standards and shift plan.
• Perform Team Member duties when necessary.
