Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• 1–2 years of quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members during assigned shifts.
• Support profitability through cash control and inventory awareness.
• Ensure fast, accurate service and high-quality guest experience.
• Direct preparation and sale of products to meet speed-of-service goals.
• Coach Team Members to raise restaurant performance.
