Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required; two years of college preferred.
• One (1) to two (2) years of previous quick-service restaurant experience.
• Demonstrated understanding of guest service principles.
• Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work long and/or irregular shifts as needed for the proper functioning of the restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift to meet sales and profitability targets while maintaining guest satisfaction.
• Supervise Team Members and provide coaching and feedback.
• Ensure accurate and efficient food preparation and service within speed-of-service guidelines.
• Uphold operational and brand standards and perform Team Member duties when needed.
• Assist in inventory counts and cash control procedures.
