Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 2+ years of supervisory experience in food service, retail, or restaurant.
• Proficient in analyzing profit and loss statements and financial performance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of Labor Laws.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily restaurant operations in GM's absence and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Control shrinkage, waste, expenses, and payroll while maintaining standards.
• Open/close the restaurant and manage deliveries and vendor orders.
• Review trends and implement changes to maximize goals and objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety procedures.
