Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run our restaurant operations and coach staff to deliver outstanding customer service. You will oversee scheduling, food preparation, and daily reporting while ensuring safety and cleanliness standards.

Qualifications

• Able to work various shifts and adapt to peak times.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer tasks.
• Excellent communication with a customer-focus mindset.
• Strong organization and multitasking with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting of items over 50 pounds when needed.

Responsabilités

• Lead restaurant staff to deliver top customer service and smooth operations.
• Manage ordering, stocking, inventory, and food prep to drive sales.
• Support the General Manager with tasks, safety practices, and reporting.
• coach and develop team in preparing and packaging orders promptly.
• Maintain dining room cleanliness and ensure equipment is properly maintained.
• Ensure cash integrity and accurate daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
