Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run our busy kitchen and dining area. You will lead staff, ensure fast, friendly service, and execute processes to boost sales and customer satisfaction.

You will supervise food prep, safety procedures, inventory, and daily reporting while coaching team members. The role offers opportunities for growth in a dynamic, team-oriented environment at Love's.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, cash integrity, and reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging customer orders quickly and accurately.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and dining area standards, including equipment maintenance.
• Maintain proper operation of restaurant equipment and facilities.
