Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen and adherence to food safety procedures.
• Drive sales through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, scheduling, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Coach and develop team members in preparing and packaging orders to meet customer expectations.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and food preparation areas, ensuring equipment is properly maintained.
