Love’s Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run the operation, lead staff, and ensure superb customer service. You will manage processes and execute strategies to boost sales and customer satisfaction in a dynamic team setting.

The role emphasizes opportunity and a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on developing the team and maintaining high standards of service and quality.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant staff to ensure safe, clean kitchen and food safety.
• Drive sales of products through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager with task execution, safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, and daily/weekly/monthly reporting.
• Coach team members to prepare and package customer orders promptly and to meet service expectations.
• Oversee dining room cleanliness and maintenance of restaurant equipment.
