Job summary

Love's Travel Stops is seeking a Restaurant Shift Leader to help run a busy dining operation. You will lead staff to provide excellent customer service, manage processes, and drive sales while ensuring safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities include maintaining a clean kitchen, stocking, reporting, coaching team members, and ensuring equipment is well-maintained. Flexible shifts and a dynamic team environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Ability to work various shifts.
• Intermediate computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
• Frequent lifting/moving of items over 50 pounds or more.

Responsibilities

• Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen, along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
• Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
• Assist the General Manager of the facility with proper task execution and completion, follow effective safety practices, schedule and cash integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Work alongside team members to coach and develop in preparing and packaging customer orders in a timely manner and to maximize customer service expectations.
• Oversee the cleanliness of the dining room and food preparation areas, and ensure all restaurant equipment is properly maintained.
