Papa John’s International is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise restaurant shifts and ensure high quality products and customer service while supporting restaurant profitability. You will execute company policies, ensure compliance with federal, state and local laws, manage shift coverage, oversee cash handling and inventory, and uphold safety and security standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability, effective communication, and maintaining brand standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
• Previous restaurant shift lead experience preferred.
