Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
• Minimum of 3 months’ experience as a team member.
• Reliable transportation and ability to work rotating shifts.
• Completion of Shift Manager Training required.

• Resolves customer concerns promptly using BAM! to ensure guests leave happy.
• Inspires and motivates crew and management to exceed performance.
• Leads the team in collecting and acting on VOC feedback.

• Delivers a positive engagement during every guest interaction.
• Ensures proper storage, handling, and presentation of ingredients and menu items.
• Drives profitability by managing product projections and reducing waste.
• Delivers a come-back quality experience through outstanding service and flavor.
• Maintains a clean, safe, welcoming environment for guests and team.
• Adopts a clean-as-you-go approach to keep areas spotless.
• Creates an inviting atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
