Compensation: $16.35/hour + tip share program. Our Restaurant Shift Supervisors average nearly $4/hour in tips!

Summary

As part of our leadership team, Shift Supervisors guide the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the making of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, fostering an environment where pizza is personal and everyone belongs. Over 70% of MOD leaders are promoted internally, supporting our employees' growth and potential.

Key Responsibilities

• Model MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create the MOD vibe that customers expect
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and demonstrate methods for store tasks
• Maintain operational standards and resources knowledge
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Experience leading, coaching, and motivating front-line staff
• Strategic thinking and tactical action skills
• Ability to stay calm and focused during busy periods
• Must be at least 18 years old
