Compensation: $13.25 per hour plus tips.

Summary

As part of our Restaurant Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads with style and personalization. You set the example of service and foster a place where everyone can experience personalized pizza.

You will lead the making of pizzas for various customer preferences, creating an inclusive experience where pizza is personal and everyone belongs.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead by example, embodying MOD values and a service mindset
• Create a positive MOD vibe for customers
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positivity
• Train and coach the Squad in store tasks and standards
• Maintain knowledge of operational standards and resources
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the restaurant community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate front-line staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical action skills
• Ability to remain calm and focused in busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
