As part of our Restaurants Leadership team, Shift Supervisors direct the Squad Crew to deliver exceptional pizzas and salads to our guests with style and personalization. You set the example of service and create an inclusive environment where everyone can enjoy personalized pizza experiences.

You will lead the preparation of pizzas for diverse customer preferences, supporting a team that values community and growth. Over 70% of MOD Leaders are promoted internally, reflecting our commitment to employee development and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Exemplify MOD values and demonstrate effective leadership and service mindset
• Create a welcoming MOD vibe that exceeds customer expectations
• Coach Shift Supervisors to maintain high energy and positive shift atmosphere
• Train and demonstrate operational standards and methods to Squad members
• Partner with the General Manager to engage the community

Required Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service or restaurant leadership experience
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and motivate front-line staff
• Strategic thinking with tactical execution
• Ability to remain calm and focused during busy operations
• Must be at least 18 years old
