Job summary

Papa John's Monroe is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team during shifts, ensure quality, and maintain excellent customer relations. You’ll oversee daily operations, manage inventory, and help drive store profitability in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
