Job summary

Papa John's Villa Rica is seeking a Shift Leader with restaurant experience to set the tone, lead the crew, and oversee the shift including managing product quality, customer relations, driver dispatch, inventory, and store profitability.

This role offers flexible hours, competitive pay, and the chance to develop leadership skills with opportunities to advance into upper management across our growing franchise.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant shift lead experience is required.
• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Serv-Safe/Local or State Food Service Certification preferred.
