Papa John's Monroe is seeking a Shift Leader to set the tone and guide the crew through daily operations. You will ensure product quality, handle customer relations, and help drive store profitability while maintaining a positive team environment.

Experience in a restaurant shift-lead role is required, and a High School diploma or GED is preferred. Certifications like Serv-Safe are welcomed as a plus.
