• Maintain a safe, comfortable environment for guests and team members; keep the restaurant clean and equipment in good working order.
• Ensure proper handling, preparation, and presentation of food with regard to safety.
• Forecast sales, create schedules, order and track inventory, and complete weekly and business period reports.
