Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in quick service restaurant or guest service supervisory role.
• Proven ability to train and lead staff to deliver excellent guest service.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills and POS familiarity.
• English proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises shift operations and supports GM with policies and procedures.
• Maintains knowledge of all work stations and recording paperwork.
• Manages 1 to 7 team members and ensures goals are met.
• Ensures compliance with laws and ethical practices.
• Delivers quality guest service and safe food handling.
• Trains and develops store staff and participates in hiring decisions.
• Maintains professional appearance and adheres to standards.
• May attend meetings for training.
