Job summary

Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a dependable Shift Leader to help lead our restaurant team and ensure smooth daily operations while delivering an exceptional guest experience.

As a Shift Leader, you will guide Team Members during your shift, uphold high standards for service, food quality, cleanliness, and safety, and support the General Manager in achieving the restaurant’s goals. This role requires strong communication, accountability, and coaching abilities.
