Ontario Trillium Foundation is seeking a Shift Leader to help guide the restaurant team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You will support the Restaurant Manager by supervising daily operations, coaching staff, maintaining brand standards, and ensuring shifts run smoothly.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in retail, restaurant or hospitality.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate Team Members during each shift.
• Delegate tasks and communicate shift goals and priorities.
• Coach employees with timely, constructive feedback.
• Support onboarding and training of new Team Members.
• Foster a positive, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
• Perform all Team Member responsibilities as needed.
• Support Restaurant Manager in achieving operational and sales goals.
• Ensure food, beverage, and service standards are met.
• Monitor food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant appearance.
• Maintain inventory levels and communicate supply needs.
• Complete shift change communication for smooth transitions.
• Deliver exceptional guest service and resolve concerns promptly.
