World Wide Wings in Gluckstadt, MS is seeking a Shift Leader to provide management coverage, supervise operations, and ensure high standards of service and cleanliness. You will train team members, handle opening/closing tasks, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance while driving guest satisfaction and fast, accurate service.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, coaching, and consistent performance across shifts to maintain quality and efficiency in a busy restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old or older.
• 6+ months in a shift management or supervisory role, preferably in a service related business.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED is preferred.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Solid oral and written communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Greet customers with a friendly demeanor and accurately take their orders.
• Prepare and package food and drink products according to restaurant standards.
• Operate cash registers, process payments, and provide change to guests.
• Maintain the cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks and manage shifts to ensure fair employee treatment.
