World Wide Wings in North Aiken, SC is seeking a Shift Leader to provide management coverage during operating hours and directly supervise team members. You will ensure fast, friendly service while maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards.

This hourly role focuses on training staff, handling opening/closing tasks, managing shifts, and coaching teammates to meet brand standards. A strong service mindset and reliable transportation are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Preference for internal promotion after zone training.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum 6 months in shift management or supervisory role.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Ability to work flexible hours.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Strong communication, both oral and written.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and take orders accurately.
• Prepare and package food and drinks per standards.
• Operate cash registers and handle payments.
• Maintain cleanliness of all areas including back of house, lobby, and restrooms.
• Assist with food prep and dishwashing as needed.
• Restock inventory and supplies.
• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations.
• Promote new menu items and provide recommendations.
• Assist with opening and closing tasks.
• Manage shifts to ensure fair treatment and legal compliance.
• Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to team members.
• Report safety concerns to manager and HR.
• Conduct daily food safety and prep audits.
• Monitor daily inventory and cash procedures.
