Responsibilities

• Assist in overseeing daily operations, including opening/closing procedures and cash handling.
• Supervise and train crew members and shift managers; provide coaching.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold brand standards.
• Assist in managing sales, expenses, and labor costs to meet financial targets.
• Manage inventory and supplier orders to minimize shortages.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Communicate operational updates and collaborate with kitchen and front-of-house teams.
