Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty leader with management activities. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to ensure alignment with the business plan and ensure Crew Persons and Team Leaders meet expectations across job descriptions.

The position requires 2–3 years of restaurant management experience (or equivalent), a high school diploma or GED, and strong planning, teamwork, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately two to three years of experience and/or education in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities.
• Investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Cash-handling troubleshooting ability.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and proof of insurance.
• Strong communication (oral and written) and openness to meet restaurant needs.
