Job summary

Ultipro is seeking a Shift Leader to assist the General Manager and on-duty supervisor in managing daily restaurant operations. You will work with the Restaurant Management Team to align with the business plan and ensure crew performance.

The role emphasizes customer service quality, sales support, and cost control through shift leadership. Must have 2–3 years in restaurant management, a high school diploma or GED, and strong planning, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Must have approximately 2–3 years of experience/education in restaurant management.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Excellent planning and time management skills.
• Team-building abilities are essential.
• Strong investigative and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot cash handling issues.
• Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Must have a reliable phone or method to communicate with the restaurant.
• Open-door policy and willingness to meet restaurant needs.
• Demonstrates analytical and organizational skills for process improvements.
