The position requires the ability to lift up to 30 lbs, pass background checks, and complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire. Weekend and holiday availability is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides excellent customer service and ensures guest perception of restaurant service is exceptional.
• Keeps tables clean and reset within 5 minutes of guest departure.
• Assists servers with pre-bussing and beverage service.
• Participates in daily stand-up meetings for clear communications.
• Completes required computer-based training in a timely manner.
• Maintains cleanliness of dining areas and work areas at all times.
• Transports trash to proper disposal areas as required.
• Keeps dining areas and related spaces stocked and organized.
• Transports clean and soiled dishes to appropriate areas.
• Ensures health and safety regulations are maintained at all times.
