SANDIA RESORT HOTEL in Albuquerque seeks a server to provide exceptional dining experiences. You will take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction through attentive, friendly service in line with outlet guidelines.

Must be 21+, able to stand long hours, lift up to 25 lbs, and complete NM Food Handlers and NM Alcohol Server’s Certification. Weekend/holiday availability and POS familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Able to stand and walk for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 25 lbs.
• Available to work weekends and holidays.
• New Mexico Food Handlers course upon hire.
• New Mexico Alcohol Server’s Certification prior to first day.

Responsabilités

• Take orders, serve food and beverages, and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Promote menu items, specials, and upsell to increase revenue.
• Process payments accurately; handle cash and cards following procedures.
• Adhere to responsible beverage service and age verification.
• Maintain dining area cleanliness and coordinate with kitchen and bar staff.
