Job summary

The Pueblo of Sandia is seeking a food service associate to support table service, linen and silverware replenishment, and related duties in a fast-paced environment. You will deliver beverages and light service items to tables and assist with room service as needed, contributing to guest satisfaction and operational flow.

Ideal candidates are capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, able to work weekends/holidays, and committed to maintaining high hygiene standards.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift up to 100 lbs occasionally.
• Able to work weekends and holidays.
• Must pass background investigation and drug screening.
• Must obtain Food Handlers certification upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Clean up spilled food, drinks and broken dishes; remove trash.
• Carry food, dishes, trays, and silverware to serving counters.
• Transport soiled dishes to kitchen and dish room.
• Fill beverage and ice dispensers; replenish linens and tableware.
• Assist with serving water, butter and coffee to patrons.
• Assist in running food to tables and lounge areas.
• Support room service orders when needed.
