Loews New Orleans Hotel is seeking a Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional table service and create a warm, memorable dining experience. You will anticipate guest needs, take orders, and ensure quality presentation while contributing to the restaurant’s atmosphere and guest satisfaction.

The role emphasizes service-focused, friendly interactions, strong communication, and teamwork in a busy hospitality setting near the city’s Warehouse District. Training and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience required.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
• Support team members to ensure timely and coordinated service.
