Job summary

Loews New Orleans Hotel seeks a warm Bell Person to be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a seamless arrival and departure experience.

You will assist with luggage, provide information about rooms and local attractions, and coordinate with Front Desk, Concierge and Housekeeping to uphold exceptional service. This role offers competitive benefits and growth opportunities within Loews Hotels & Co.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent work experience preferred.
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer service role preferred.
  • Strong verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome and assist arriving and departing guests with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Safely handle and transport luggage, baggage, and packages.
  • Securely store luggage while awaiting transfer.
  • Provide detailed information about room types, amenities, and hotel facilities; address guest inquiries.
  • Communicate hotel emergency procedures as needed.
  • Offer information about the hotel and local attractions, including travel directions.
