Loews Arlington Hotel is seeking a friendly Restaurant Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences in our hotel restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, and ensure timely service with attention to dietary preferences and presentation.

Strong guest services and teamwork are essential to contribute to a warm, inviting atmosphere. Candidates should have restaurant or hospitality experience and be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience.
• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 40-50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and present menus with confidence.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders, including dietary preferences.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while ensuring quality and presentation.
• Check back with guests to ensure satisfaction throughout their visit.
• Process payments accurately using POS systems.
• Maintain thorough menu knowledge to offer recommendations.
• Communicate guest needs or special requests to the kitchen or bar.
• Keep tables and surrounding areas clean, tidy, and stocked.
• Assist with opening, closing, and restocking duties.
