Job summary

The Capital Grille is seeking a Sales Manager to drive private and large party dining sales and community marketing initiatives. You will lead the Host/Sales department and partner with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure flawless event execution in line with the brand's standards.

Reporting to restaurant leadership, you will build business through direct and indirect sales strategies while maintaining a strong knowledge of the local market and ensuring exceptional guest

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience required.
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business.
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of the community trade area.
• Stable job history showing upward progression.

Responsibilities

• Owns and drives private and large party dining sales and community marketing initiatives.
• Leads restaurant level Host/Sales department operations and models leadership per company values.
• Partners with Managing Partner and Executive Chef to flawlessly execute events.
