Job summary

The Capital Grille is seeking a Sales Manager to drive business for the restaurant through private dining, large party events, and local community marketing initiatives. The role also leads the Host/Sales team and collaborates with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure events align with company philosophies and standards.

Success requires strong outside sales experience, restaurant management background, and solid knowledge of the local trade area, along with a proven upward career

Qualifications

• Outside sales experience preferred
• 1+ years management or supervisory experience in restaurant, hotel, retail, or general business
• 2+ years casual dining or full-service restaurant management preferred
• Strong working knowledge of the community trade area
• Stable job history which demonstrates upward career progression

Responsibilities

• Build business for the restaurant through private and large party dining and community marketing initiatives.
• Lead and manage the Host/Sales department operations.
• Partner with the Managing Partner and Executive Chef to ensure each event is flawlessly executed against the company’s philosophies.
